Paradise!!! We loved absolutely everything! Stunning, spacious villas. Huge private pool, stunning main pools. Gorgeous gym. loved the cold towels. So refreshing! Amazing butler service, Hannah just so beautiful, our six year old son loved her, he cried when we were saying goodbye, she was so kind and attentive. Such a treat having our washing all done. Such a relax in stunning facilities. Beautiful beach for water activities for children. Great proximity to beautiful history and visit to Hoy An, only 10 minutes away. We loved our bikes they provided, so organised, all there upon arrival to ride around the resort on.

We spent a wonderful Tet holiday in Four Seasons The Nam Hai Resort in Hoi An. The room setup was perfect for us. Well trained staff made our stay become more memorable. We were lucky to have Mr Hung as butler; Mr Sudhir and his staff served us not only good food but also good atmosphere; The spa was excellent, too. We were touched when having General Manager and Room Manager receiving and seeing us off at the front door of the resort. Highly recommend this resort and we will come back, surely. Thank you for having us and making our stay unforgettable.

Luxury hotel with high standards . Our butler made us small surprises everyday because we celebrated our honeymoon. Very profesional staff but in the same time very kind and friendly. Spa is just amazing.

Probably one of the most amazing stays I have ever had in my entire life! The property itself and the beach is breathtaking, the staff are amazing and bend over backwards to make your stay enjoyable.
