Four Seasons The Nam Hai, Hoi An, Vietnam

The set up of the location is wonderful, it’s peaceful, tranquil and you have enough distance to other guests for privacy. The pools are some of the best we have experienced and the facilities include everything, fantastic gym, tennis courts, badminton court, basketball court, paddel court. We had a beachfront villa, that blew us away, the design is Japanese and well done, with great rustic colors, the view over the beach (also from the bed) was spectacular, we had a sunken bath in the room which was cool. The bathroom had a his and hers side and next to the in house shower there was an outdoor shower that was a convenient as the indoor one. Restaurants made great tasting food and the service overall was excellent. The team are super service oriented and have thought of anything you might need before you do and at the same time will never over do it.

Villa is well appointed. Outdoor shower is refreshing ! Everything is immaculate. Lots of privacy and you can’t hear any noise at all. Breakfast & afternoon tea were awesome 🤩 Special thanks to Ms Bao who made us so very welcome 👍

Great property and location. Staff were amazing from the top to the staff who took care of every day things. Food was fabulous.

Luxury hotel with high standards . Our butler made us small surprises everyday because we celebrated our honeymoon. Very profesional staff but in the same time very kind and friendly. Spa is just amazing.

Probably one of the most amazing stays I have ever had in my entire life! The property itself and the beach is breathtaking, the staff are amazing and bend over backwards to make your stay enjoyable.
